7am - noon2024 Culpeper Downtown Farmers Market Vendor Applications NOW Available!
The Culpeper Downtown Farmers Market, one of the largest and longest running farmers markets in the area, is currently accepting applications for the 2024 Market season. The Market season will kick off Saturday, May 4, from 7:30am to 12pm, at the Culpeper Baptist Church parking lot (318 S. West Street). The Market will continue, every Saturday, through October 26, 2024!
The Culpeper Downtown Farmers Market prides itself on placing an important emphasis on horticultural and agricultural products, as these types of vendors make up much of the Market!

Headwaters Harvest Festival
11AM - 5PMThe Harvest Festival will return on Saturday, October 5, 2024!
This year’s festival will take place at Rappahannock County Elementary School from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.
This event will boast activities for people of all ages, and serves as a celebration of our community’s rural heritage and commitment to fostering educational excellence. The funds raised will directly support Headwaters’ programs and operations, and continue benefitting the young people in Rappahannock County Public Schools.
Here’s what you can expect to find at the Headwaters Harvest Festival:
- Food trucks
- Live music
- Craft vendors and artisans
- Petting zoo
- Pumpkin patch
- Moonbounces

Culpeper Downtown Trick or Treat
5PM - 6PMCulpeper Renaissance Inc., Clore English Funeral Home and Culpeper Downtown Businesses invite all the little ghouls and goblins for a fun and safe trick or treating experience in Historic Downtown Culpeper from 5pm – 6pm on Tuesday, October 31st!
Participating Downtown Businesses, CRI, Culpeper Police Department and additional community partners will provide Halloween treats and other goodies!
Come dressed to scare or delight and have a howling good time while staying safe in Culpeper Downtown this Halloween.

Mrs. Claus for the Paws
1PM - 3PMIt's time to celebrate our annual local food drive! Mrs. Claus will be accepting pet and people food donations from 1pm to 3pm, in exchange for a photo opportunity. Write a letter to Santa and create your own festive craft, too. Please remember to bring your donation as your entry fee. You CAN make a difference this holiday season!
Want to donate, but can't come to the event? Drop off your food or monetary donation at the shop any time during the month of November!
