Hi! I'm Debby. I'm the owner, educator, & artist of Mindfulnice. I have been an artist since childhood with a passion for creative & healing arts. I have a masters degree in psychology with a specialty in mindfulness education & an elementary education teaching degree. By combining my love of creating art with my experience, education, & desire to help others, I am able to create products & lessons that inspire mindful living. By learning the tools to practice mindfulness regularly, an abundance of happiness, kindness, good health, & a focused attention to (& gratitude for) the present moment, is a result. The Mindfulnice collection of products can help you achieve this. Through my art, my studies, and working closely with other people, I have learned that by being mindful of our universal energy, we can better balance our lives & live life fully. I feel it is my purpose & my passion to introduce and teach mindfulness to others through my art.
These mindful minute cards were created by me based on lessons that i practice with my students. They can be used at anytime, anywhere, by anyone. This collection of cards include mindful activities for breathing, practicing gratitude, becoming more presently aware, and expressing loving kindness to yourself and others. **this new & improved version of the original mindful minute cards now includes the expansion pack, so you will receive 14 additional activity cards, 7 of each category: mindful movement & connecting. The cards themselves have also received an upgrade & are more durable & feel nice to touch. They measure 3"x3", so still perfectly sized to carry with you. Living mindfully is a practice & with mindful minute cards, the approach is simple - one minute is all it takes! Use them as often as you like throughout the day.
This mindful mitzvah card deck by Mindfulnice was created in an effort to help inspire people to help others. This deck includes quotes about helping others as well as ideas for performing mitzvot (the plural of mitzvah) which are good deeds (deliberate & conscious acs of empathy & kindness) to help others. Performing a mitzvah goes beyond positive thoughts & well wishes. It involves the act of doing good deeds - not in an effort to personally gain anything in return, but simply because it will help. Make the world a better place. The concept of performing mitzvot is a jewish tradition, but these cards are not written in a religious manner & are appropriate to be used by anyone. They are a perfect gift for a bar or bat mitzvah or as a bar or bat mitzvah favor.
