It started over a decade ago when I was trying to find the right products for my TrueBlue best friend--- my yellow Lab Sam. There were a few pet products out int the market with natural ingredients, but they often didn’t work as well as conventional products. So I set out to create products that both used natural ingredients and were just as effective, or better, than conventional products.
I knew we wanted to use natural ingredients, but I also wanted expert advice in selecting the right ones. So we worked with Vets at Washington State University to find the best botanical ingredients that were both safe and effective for pets.
The Vet experts helped us select ingredients for our first shampoos, but this also started a larger conversation about the benefits of Wellness and preventative health maintenance. We talked about how pet parents could guard against some of the most common ailments of the skin, teeth, and ears if they had the right products.
Just like you, we want the best for our pets. All of us at TrueBlue are devoted to developing products that make our best friends as healthy and happy as they deserve to be.

Here at TrueBlue, we’re committed to improving the lives of our best friends and we are always looking for ways to give back to the pet loving community.
We’ve donated money to The People-Pet Partnership at Washington State University, Best Friends Animal Society, and many different shelters and rescue organizations across the country.
We want to continue that tradition by offering free TrueBlue Wellness and Grooming products to shelters so that they can keep their animals healthy and looking great while they wait for their forever home.
